KABC conducted a food processing training with the Zeme women group at Asalu, Zeme Mission Centre, NC Hills. The training covered cookies, doughnuts, banana chips, tapioca chips, ginger candy, and Indian olive pickle.
The training provided hands-on learning using locally available resources and simple methods. It was encouraging to see the participants' interest in learning new skills and their eagerness to apply the knowledge for future livelihood opportunities.
